We’re happy to announce today a new release of Siren Federate version 27 - which is compatible with Elasticsearch version 7.10.2. This release includes the following:
Enhancements:
- Upgraded to Apache Arrow version 4.0.0
- Various optimizations of the vectorized processing pipeline. Most noticeably:
- In case of local transfer requests, data packets serialization now directly uses an Arrow buffer.
- Improved projection of single-valued columns.
